Job Responsibilities: include but not limited to
Work and support CMI channel to meet quarterly and yearly targets(AOPs) as mandatory
Provide effective supports to customers, prospects, representatives and distributors.
Assist prospects, representatives and distributors in selecting the best performance/price match of CMI product for their application.
Maintain and develop the best fit of the strategic channel for dealers and distributors.
Respond to technical problems for major accounts related to sales of our products.
Act as a liaison between customers and CMI channel in solving problems that require expertise at a higher technical level.
Maintain awareness of competitive products, comparisons to CMI vs. features, benefits, pricing, strengths and weaknesses.
Collaborate with Product Management, providing input for product improvements and new product development.
Coordinate customer visits to CMI corporate headquarters, provide agendas and ensures appropriate CMI personnel participate as required. Prepares meeting reports highlighting action items required and ensures the actions are completed on time.
Travel (50%) into the field, throughout China, to provide technical sales support and training to support Regional Sales Managers as needed.
Requirements:
• Requires a molecular biology bachelor degree or equivalent experience with at least 4 years in a product and sales support environment, preferably in an application engineering position in a related industry.
• Thorough knowledge optical imaging systems and applications.
• Thorough knowledge of molecular imaging technology and imaging l system.
• Knowledge of optical imaging system, including in vitro and in vivo solutions preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
• Experience at the research Lab would be a good plus.
• Ability to provide presentation to consumers, dealers, distributors and service providers.
