Primary Responsibilities

•Provide application technical support to the Distributor’s sales and technical specialist and customers in China for all Kodak digital dental product
•Interface between GAR Application Specialist, Product Specialist, R&D and/or Worldwide Service Engineering/Manufacturing for all application and software information flow & feedback.
•Provide application support to Level 2 Carestream Health specialists to achieve optimum image quality in the countries.
•Escalation to manufacturing focal point on application and software quality and usability issue on digital dental product.
•Implement application support and application training elements of major new product introductions.
•Manage and maintain Application Escalation, Product Quality and Knowledge Library Databases for digital dental products.
•Implement application support and application training elements of major new product introductions
•Provide application training & application support for the distributor’s technician and Carestream Health Level 2 country specialists.
•Participate in sales demos, demos at trade shows, events etc. Provide sales support as require for customer queries, tender responses etc.
•As required, provide on-site training and remote training to customers.
•Able to interact directly with customers and dealers as required.

Job Requirements

•This individual will have strong clinical/dental digital & software background to supporting a rapidly growing, high margin equipment/software business.
•Degree or equivalent on related academic qualification.
•Experience and confidence in delivery training to a small to large group of professional audience.
•Excellent presentation skill
•Knowledge of Windows 2000 and Window XP operation system.
•Ability to master new application software quickly.
•Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
•Strong customer interaction skill and customer focus
•Bilingual Proficiency (English & Chinese)
•Excellence team player
•Frequent Travel to the China region is required and ability to travel at a short notice to deliver support and training.
•Strong clinical experience
•Experience / proven track record with training
•Person needs experience on advancing clinical imaging applications. Experience with CT, 3D imaging, advanced dental digital imaging is a strong advantage.
