Account Executive, APM,试剂耗材销售

Reporting to: Territory/Regional Sales Manager, APM

 

 Position Scope:
Identify and contact prospective clients, generate sales opportunities, and service existing accounts to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sale of APM products in certain Area.
2. Ensure that APM products are represented in the territory in order to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
3. Focus on defined product line sale.
4. Develop and explore business opportunities in the territory.
5. Monitor competitors’ activity within the territory.
6. Develop relationships with key accounts and general customers.
7. Attend seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company’s business.
8. Prepare sales forecast report of the designated territory
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in life science or equivalent.
2. At least 3+ years related relevant sales experience in life science industry.
3. Excellent communication skill to deal with the scientific communication with customers.
4. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Understanding of the Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry.
6. Computer literacy on Microsoft Office Software.
7. The ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
8. Good track record of successful sales experience in life-science market.

4. 收集了解所负责区域内竞争对手的情况。
5. 与客户建立良好关系。
6. 与市场部紧密合作参加研讨会、展览和演示会,以拓展业务机会。
7. 完成所负责地区的销售预测报告。

教育/经历背景:
- 分子生物学或生物化学相关专业本科及以上学历者优先
- 三年以上相关销售经历,良好的分子生物学产品销售技巧,
- 良好的与客户进行专业技术交流的能力
- 良好的演讲、谈判和处理人际关系的技巧
- 良好的时间管理能力
- 了解有关分子生物学、生物化学或化学方面的知识
- 熟练操作office办公软件
- 客户建立、培养与维护的能力
- 工作主动积极
- 在生命科学市场有成功的销售业绩
- 能适应经常性出差
