供应商开发工程师 （燃油泵项目）

Responsibilities:

This individual will function as a principal communications and resource in identifying new suppliers within the Company on sourcing, ongoing auditing, surveillance, and follow-up. This individual will:

• Work directly with the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to validate implementation and verification that the SCAR is actually in place and working.
• Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) when audit/survey indicates a need.
• Schedule and report on supplier monthly audits and their findings, Take part in the monthly Management meetings held in Beijing.
• Communicate with customers and identify their requirements and changes.
• Identify, develop potential new suppliers and review with management weekly as to their capabilities and eagerness to work with ASC.
• Assist other departments to solve the project and technology problem.

• 组织进行供应商和产品的审计, 起草SCAR
• 控制并跟踪产品开发进程，定期参加公司项目协调会议（北京）
• 与客户联系，对客户要求进行分析，反馈，调整
• 开发潜在供应商
• 能适应经常出差

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics
• A minimum of 5 years foundry experience, especially in the filed of fuel pump, coupled with 2 years of quality or engineering supervision or management
• Capable to work on occasion second or third shift when at suppliers facilities (this is primarily a first shift position)
• Previous experience with one or more of the following: AS, QS, ISO, CGMP, or TS auditing
• Good command of English (CET Level 6 Preferred), extensive PC Literacy, a plus would be familiarity with AutoCAD, ProE, etc.
• Decisive, detail-organized and result-oriented, able to work under great pressure

技能与要求：

• 本科或以上学历，机械/制造/自动化专业
• 5年大型的工厂经验，2年以上工程背景，有汽车燃油泵机相关行业背景
• 熟悉品质控制工具，熟悉QS9000及TS16949质量体系
• 熟练运用英语，听说读写，熟练运用制图软件如何AutoCAD、Pro-E软件，视力良好，
• 具备较强的组织能力和协调能力
• 能够经常出差
