Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical correspondent for the electronic parts supplier
• Develop plastic injection molding, stamping (progressive dies), die casting etc.,
• Implement test before manufacturing after new products’ development along with suppliers
• Propose and implement product and process improvements to fulfill requirements
• Support and maintain manufacturing processes-specifically electrical controls systems
• Exposure to stereo lithography as part of the design FEMA process

• 负责与供应商工厂技术协调
• 与供应商进行零部件测试
• 协助供应商生产并开发各类注塑件和冲压压铸件
• 提供工艺改善方案以满足要求
• 配合进行项目特种工艺流程控制系统
• 运用并设计FEMA

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electro-mechanical engineering
• At least Three years experience in manufacturing processes, familiar with automotive EMS components, such as sensors, ignitions,
• Able to read blue prints and electrical wiring diagrams, good understanding of tolerance of parts and assemblies (stacked tolerances), dielectric properties of materials, hands-on experience with electrical testing systems used to determine performance levels and product durability
• Knowledge of QS 9000 and TS 16949 (SPC, PPAP, ISIR，FEMA etc.)
• Ability to use oscilloscopes and meters (volt, ohm, multi-meter etc.)， AutoCAD and Pro-E software
• Good organization and coordination skills, good oral and written English skills
• Background in electrical switches would be a benefit. And actual automotive repair experience would be a positive
• Able to travel frequently
• 本科以上学历，汽车电子、机械制造相关专业
• 3年以上外资企业汽车电子产品的研发和工艺制造经验，熟悉如点火装置，传感器或注塑件，冲压压铸等零部件生产
• 能读图，熟悉零件公差与材料性能，对产品测试有操作经验
• 熟悉品质控制工具，熟悉QS9000及TS16949质量体系
• 能够运用相关仪器仪表，熟悉AutoCAD、Pro-E软件
• 具备较强的组织能力和协调能力，良好的英语听说读写能力
• 能够经常出差
