This position will be primarily responsible for the selection and assessment of new suppliers to ensure the suppliers deliver good parts and components consistently.

本职位是为UCI子公司WELLs 的EMS零部件产品如点火线圈，喷油器，开关等电子产品进行供应商开发、筛选及考核，以确保供应商能够持续稳定的提供优质的零部件。

职位职责：

• In charge of supplier product quality certification
• Manage the supplier product quality and prose quality improvement plan and supervise the implementation
• Deal with any emergency quality problems of the suppliers and follow up the corrective action plan
• 负责供应商产品质量认证
• 管理供应商产品质量并提出质量改进计划及监督实施
• 及时针对供应商相关的质量问题做出相应的应急措施，并跟进有效的整改行动

资格和技能：

• Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering related auto electro-machinery
• At least 5 years quality management experience in foreign invested enterprises and familiar with EMS parts like ignitions, emissions, switches or sensors etc.; supplier quality management and ability to lead quality system audit is preferred;
• Good understanding of quality control tools, familiar with QS9000 and TS 16949, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Auditors (CQA)
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Pro-E software
• Good organization and coordination skills, good oral and written English skills
• Able to travel frequently
• 本科以上学历，汽车电子、机械制造相关专业
• 5年以上外资企业品质管理经验，熟悉汽车发动机管理系统部件如点火装置，喷油器，开关或传感器，具备生产行业供应商质量管理经验和独立领导质量体系审查能力者优先
• 熟悉品质控制工具，熟悉QS9000及TS16949质量体系， 具有质量工程师或审核员资质
• 熟悉AutoCAD、Pro-E软件
• 具备较强的组织能力和协调能力，良好的英语听说读写能力
• 能够经常出差
