Job Title Integration Services Specialist, GCC HCIS implementation Team

 

Reporting to  GCC HCIS Senior Project Manager

 

Job Summary

Integration Specialist is responsible for supporting GCC HCIS business to deliver Integration to meet customer needs. These solutions include hardware integrations, software integrations and interfaces to link technology from Kodak with common systems from other leading vendors as part of customer projects with the aim to provide complete solutions to healthcare organizations.

 

Integration specialists involved in customer projects are expected to work as part of a team of professionals comprised of other Kodak employees, customers, and third party vendors. Primary areas of responsibility include presales solution architecture design and interface specification related to the provision of integration services, on site and remote implementation support, post implementation level 3 service engineering escalation support, and product commercialization support to the GAR PS Business & Marketing teams.

 

Responsibilities :

- Leading and monitoring the implementation of the integration project
    of the PACS/RIS system in GCC to identify and meeting the customer and
    business requirement.
    - Developing the integration solution for the product implementation and
    integration with the other system and the business strategy for the
    integration solution
    - Coordinate with Marketing and sales activity on product launching,
    pre-sales supporting and marketing related activity.
    - Linkage with global manufacturing and Engineering for product
    improvement and V&V support.
    - Participation on VOC process
    - Development and Execution of training and developing to improve the
    service engineer competence.
    

 
    Requirements :

    - DICOM, HL7, PACS, RIS, HIS and IHE
    - Proficient in C/C++, Java, COM/COM+
    - Proficient in database programming on MS SQL Server, Oracle or Sybase
    - Strong experience in software design patterns
    - Experiences on large scale system product development/launching
    project
    - Strong knowledge with Windows, Solaris Network protocols and
    technology
    - Web and HTML technology
    - Highly self- motivated with ability to learn new technologies
    - Strong IT background with experienced in IT technology and networking
    solution
    - Excellent oral and written in English
    - Demonstrated acumen on analytical problem diagnostics and solution
    process follow up
    - Strong team player who will act on behalf of Asia role
    - Superb technical, communication and training skills
    - Customer orientated, with ability to balance the cost control and
    project management
    - Good understanding of financial aspects of Service Business
    - Always meet any Health, Safety or Regulatory issues
