Marketing coordinator

Position Reports To: CPG/Channel Heads

Summary

This position exists within the Group CPG & Channel department and will effectively assist in the management of a wide range of Product Portfolios and Channel initiatives. Reporting jointly to the CPG & Channel Heads the Coordinator will be self motivated, experienced in marketing communication, personable and friendly with excellent skills in all required computer software. This person will have excellent written and spoken English skills.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • New Product Literature development & communication.
    • Instruction Manual, Rating/Brand Labels, Packaging etc.
  • Ensure Group Marketing Artwork is in conformance to Global/Asia Guidelines.
  • Work closely with Product/Channel teams to generate group Merchandising/Promotional and other marketing support materials.
  • Develop Key Brand/Channel initiatives with teams.
  • Coordination of Group Marketing & Product Communication.
  • Assist in the development of new product launch packs and trigger documents.
  • Assist with key Channel Programmes and Initiatives.
  • Coordinate PDR Meetings and issue minutes.
  • Creation & management of PDR/PDN/IPR & other such documents.
  • Develop strong relationships across all business functions both regional & global.
  • Manage all aspects of product communication within Intranet based media such as TOOLNET and EROOM.
  • Coordination of marketing samples/support items including monthly reporting of spend verse FAB

Key Requirements

  • Graduate with Major in Marketing/Business.
  • Minimum 5 year relevant experience.
  • English as a first or second language (Verbal & Written).
  • Strong communications skills with an outgoing & friendly personality.
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritise, managing project deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and drive key initiatives across cross functional teams.
