Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain Standard cost in SAP for all Asia markets

• Check Group monthly T&E expense and support month end closing process

• Track Group monthly promotion spending vs budget

• Be in charge of Accounts Recons

• Supervise Inter-company activities and clean the mismatch

• Assist and co-ordinate the travel and meeting arrangement for Asia Finance Director

• Administrate the financial document filing and keep group shared document updated.

 Competencies & Skills

• About 2-3 years of total experience in accounting/finance area

• Results oriented and teamwork

• Ability to work independently under pressure; and meet tight deadlines

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
