Supply Chain Manager:

   Responsibility

•    Responsible for normal running of supply chain department, communicate with different department, update and implement the related regulation and policy.
•    Work with technical and QC department closely to improve outsourcing parts quality.
•    Suppliers’ relationship management, such as price negotiation, suppliers’ evaluation, motivation and cancellation.
•    Continuously drive localization programs and drive cost reduction.
•    Inventory analysis and reduction.
•    Warehouse efficiency improvement, from material location, material accuracy and parts preparation.
•    Work with global supply chain team whenever needed; keep on looking for opportunity to provide the parts to Karben.
•    Manpower management, from training, replacement, work allocation as well as performance evaluation.
•    Trouble-shooting in shop floor related quality, modification and other issue
