1.         Develop procedure for supplier evaluation, auditing etc. regarding quality area

2.         Contribute to the supplier (prototype&serial) approval and improvement. Carry out pre-award survey, evaluate supplier feasibility study.

3.         Provide the necessary defined training for suppliers e.g. Sample approval process, 8D, FMEA, DMR…

4.         Support local projects & global sourcing projects for supplier quality side:

5.         Setup reliable measurement system of supplier quality & delivery performance

6.         Establish each commodity targets with suppliers for quality & delivery performance & review system

7.         Performance feedback procedure setup and execute with supplier periodically

8.         Sandvik Standard database support and maintenanace

9.         KPI maintain & manage

Requirements:

1.     bachelor degree, majored in mechanical engineering or relevant

2.     5 years above experience in manufacturing or engineering environment, preferred in foundry experience.

3.     2 years above quality control experience in foreign invested company

4.     good capability in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications

5.     good project management ability
