HR Specialist(Wuxi)
Responsibilities:
Charge overall human resource management and development
Make effective HR strategies complying company mission to achieve organization objectives, design organization plan and people plan to facilitate organization growth, employees’ career development and retention of valuable human resources
Make HR long-term, mid-term & annual plans, and supervise their implementation
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Performance Management System
Be responsible for staff disciplinary issues and labor issues shooting
Estimate annual budget of HR functions to control cost effectively
Solve important problems on human resource management
Handle other tasks assigned by General Manager
Requirements:
Bachelar degree or above, with major in Psychology or Human Resource Management, or MBA holder
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role Acquire a systematic knowledge of modern enterprise management mode;Experience in multinational manufacturing company is essential
Fluent in both verbal and written English
In-depth understanding of human resource development
Outstanding leadership, with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
Strong capabilities of planning and possess controlling for multi-tasks
