Regional Director，Marketing And Sales supportArea Manager is responsible for achieve the objectives by leading the sales team and developing dealers in assigned areas.    

Keyresponsibllities include:

1.      Responsible for the sales and marketing of the Sandvik Mining and construction

2.      Provide directly supervision to the sales person and lead the group to make continuously growth.

3.      Search and develop new dealers in assigned area, to help dealer reach the Sandvik standard.

4.      Provide management and support to dealer’s business operations to make sure dealer get enough support from Sandvik and conduct business under Sandvik standard.

5.      Collect and analyse local market and competitor’s information for management to decide product and marketing strategies.   

Requirments:

1.      At least 5 years mining and/or construction equipment sales experience. Be able to create sales, account management, relationship building and technical understanding.

2.      At least 3 years management experience.

3.      Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player.

4.      Good speaking and written English will be a plus but not necessary.
