JOB DESCRIPTION OF DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING  

Reporting to Managing Director of Business Unit and responsible for all Sales & Marketing of Low Voltage cables inChina. The details of job description include the following:

  1.  To prepare annual Sales Budget, set and manage KPIs forLV Business Unit; 

  2. To forecast sales, conduct marketing & sales activities and review the business performance against the set KPIs. To do the market & sales analysis and develop the sales strategies;

  3. To lead & manage the team of sales staff in performing their duties. This includes training, guidance & team-building;

  4.  To manage EPC/FDI projects with sales staff covering business development activities & tendering of these projects to realize the sales; 

  5. To prepare and consolidate monthly marketing & sales report. This includes the reviewing of the monthly actual sales & collection against the forecast with Managing Director and Financial Controller; 

  6. To take part in project and sales negotiation & manage the terms & conditions of sales;

  7. To set and implement action plans and procedures to improve the sales operation;   

  8. Attend the training course organized by the company for the job function and for the personal development; 

  9. Special assignment from time to time.
