National Sales Manager

Job description
You will be required to:
1)Focus on the promotion of products manufactured locally in our Changshu factory by creating and managing a large network of distributors, dealers and sub-dealers
2)Focus on the promotion of products manufactured in our foreign entities (imported goods)
3)Be responsible for the sales and overall growth in China
4)Lead a team of around 15 sales
5)Develop and supervise a long term strategy for our local presence in the market
6)Work closely and develop a strong sense of unity between our Chinese production plant and the sales team located in our
7)Increase our physical presence in the areas under your responsibility (opening of local offices, home based sales…etc)
8)Work closely with the Sport Flooring Sales team to maximize market penetration and product synergies
9)Create a strong awareness among the local key decision makers of the name of our company and its product ranges:
1. Architects, designers, in-house designers
2. End-users
3. Main contractors
10)Organize presentation seminars
11)Target governmental offices, in-house design companies and locally based
12)multinational companies
13)Develop a strong sense of competitors awareness
14)Manage and work closely with our existing distributors and follow-up new projects
15)Miscellaneous: 1. Report to the Asian Managing Director
2. Extensive travel required (+50%)
3. Good English
4. Experience in the distribution of building materials
5. Independent and open minded
6. Competitive salary x 12 + maximum up to 6 months bonus based on achievement against approved budget
7. 80% of final agreed salary during probation period
8. 4 months probation period
9. Complete product, technical and marketing training will be provided in our European and Asian factories
10. Long term commitment into the position is expected
11. Computer literate
