Position Summary:All medical equipment product design and development, all processes implement and followed, R & D engineers work supervision, R&D training, Contributing to products registration and certification, search and establish new materials and supplies.所有医疗器械产品设计开发各阶层工作的执行与进度跟纵,研发工程师工作督导,教育训练的开展,协助产品的注册及认证工作,新原料,物料的寻找及设定工作职责权限

Responsibilities/ Authorities:

1.   Assist marketing and business department with products planning and design.配合市场部及业务部之需求，规划设计新产品。

2.   Implement supervisor’s product development function.执行公司上级所交代的产品开发案。

3.   Collect marketing information, and look for new materials, research and develop new products.搜集市场信息、寻找新材料、研发新产品。

4.   Plan, implementation, control, revise design and development 制订,执行、管制、修正设计开发计划。

5.   Employees management and training人员之管理及训练。

6.   Product design change review and implement.产品设计变更之审查、执行。

7.   Product-related technical drawings, documents and information distribution control.产品相关技术图面、文件及资料发行管制。任职资格Qualifications:教育背景Education background: Bachelor or above related to mechanical, chemistry or biological 本科以上,机械,化学,生物等相关工作经验 

Work experience:

 5 years ISO or GMP working experience in medical device or pharmaceutical company.医疗器械,或药厂研发,ISO或GMP经验5年以上技能技巧Competence and skills: Drawing, English, die design, ISO management, injection, and extrusion.制图,英文,模具设计,ISO管理,射出,压管
