Be accountable for leading R&D-related projects within development group; leading cross function project team members through the identification, justification, prioritization, initiation, development and implementation processes.
Accountable for all the RND new development products projects and work closely with key stakeholders for assuring effective projects timing, quality and cost.
Recruit the talents, build up EPM team, and ensure the employee’s satisfaction via coaching/feedback, training, professional development and recognition.
Direct the appraisal, development and product launch of key deliverables for R&D projects.
Implement global project management process cross global sites
Interact with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with Cross function team, e.g marketing, legal and purchasing, Manufacturing; Collect requirements/expectations from stakeholders to prioritize projects; Establish detailed project planning and closely manage timelines and resource & budget allocation by liaising with relevant stakeholders
Lead RND project communications; Interacts through program updates and reviews with cross functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams; Organize and chair regular cross-functional meetings; distribute meeting minutes
Assemble EPM (Engineering Project Management) documentation
Monthly project report/update, financial model, milestone approvals
Change management: coordinate with Manufacturing, QREM and marketing any product modifications (communication and approval)
Prepare and present to executive management project updates, manage and control timing, quality and budget of RND Engineering Projects and other information as needed.
Assure compliance to corporate policies and local standards operating procedures as well as domestic and international standards.
Cooperate with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and goals.
Propose alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities.

Maximizes business results through continuous improvement in organization’s ability to execute programs from identification through implementation
Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies
Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes
Master degree or above in engineering or science; or Bachelor’s with equivalent plus 15 years project management experience or product life cycle experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site, global or enterprise-wide programs in healthcare industry
Experienced with project management; PMP certified a plus
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements
Able to work with people of different cultural and educational background
Mature, well-organized and self-initiative/proactive
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
