Core responsibilities

Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, and colleagues

Responding for Profit and loss account on service operation in the region.

Business development on leading sustainable service revenue growth

Build up the service infrastructure to align with service business growth in the region

Arrange Technical and soft skill training on bringing up team technical standard

Setup proper escalation process and make all high level escalation visible

Provide feedback to product quality teams

Liaison with sales team on setting up service strategy on supporting system sales
Position Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic/Microelectronics Engineering

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years related service business management experience

Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and work under pressure

Language ability both in oral and written English
-
Willingness to travel within the region at short notice is mandatory
