Field Service Manager--某科技(中国)有限公司

Core responsibilities

  • Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, and colleagues

  • Responding for Profit and loss account on service operation in the region.

  • Business development on leading sustainable service revenue growth

  • Build up the service infrastructure to align with service business growth in the region

  • Arrange Technical and soft skill training on bringing up team technical standard

  • Setup proper escalation process and make all high level escalation visible

  • Provide feedback to product quality teams

  • Liaison with sales team on setting up service strategy on supporting system sales



Position Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic/Microelectronics Engineering

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years related service business management experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and work under pressure

  • Language ability both in oral and written English

  • Willingness to travel within the region at short notice is mandatory
