Key Responsibilities Include:
1、Understanding market threats and opportunities, market trends / customer insights and competition
2、 Developing marketing strategies for the responsible segments / departments
3、Creating and implementing marketing Cycle plans for the responsible segment and work closely with sales team
4、Developing and maintaining key opinion leaders (KOL) pool for responsible segments
5、Managing budget for promotional activities and travels
6、Owning business of the responsible segment through business reviews, key account involvement, performance monitoring and utilization of programs
7、 Product life cycle management

Academic/ professional qualification:
1、 Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Medical or related fields
2、5+ years of pharmaceutical experience: Marketing or sales experience required.
3、 Excellent communications / influencing skills
4、Business acumen and strong analytical skills
5、Strong personal drive and teamwork mindset
6、Proficient in oral and written communication (English) a plus
