Training Manager--某欧洲医疗集团

Main Job Responsibilities:

Ensure every new rep receives orientation training. 
Collaborate with Sales, Commercial and HR to design training plan.
Develop sales training plan on product knowledge, wound management and selling skills in collaboration with Medical Manager. 
Implement the training plan and provide training to sales team to improve sales team competency develepment professionalism. 
Coach reps through field visit. 
Collaborate with Regional and Global train department. 

Qualification requirements:

Recognized college or university Bachelor Degree -major in nursing or clinical medicine is preferred
It’s nice to have 3 years working experience in Rx or Medical Device selling area. 
At least 2 year training experience
Have professional training skillsent, and to the point, and which holds the audience's attention, both in group and one-to-one situations.
Actively seeks to improve others' skills and talents by providing constructive feedback, coaching, training opportunities, and assignments which challenge their abilities and encourage development.
Can actively drives projects along, gets results, ensures that key objectives are met. 
Good understanding of wound care 
Good at English communication both in verbal and written
