职位描述： In this role, you have the opportunity to Responsible business develop and product management of high acuity patient monitors of premium portfolio in patient monitoring product marketing, lead to make annual market development strategy and initiative national marketing activities in China. You are responsible for ? Define and execute market development plan for high acuity patient monitors of premium portfolio and achieve business AOP for China. ? Identify market insight and build competence in product category development. ? Lead NPI process and organize national marketing activities. ? Support presales support team with professional product and clinical knowledge. ? Work with RA team for product pre-market registration process. ? Check/validate market and product related data are in place and escalates product issues ? Develop and delivery product training to internal sales and presales team.
You are a part of PM Marketing team, closely work with BIU MKT, Filed MKT, Presales Team, Sales Team, CS Team, To direct report PM Product Marketing Manager. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience ? Having insightful sense and views of critical care and general wards work flow. ? Good product knowledge and well experience in clinical domain. ? Good communication within the team and with customer ? Bachelor or above in clinical medicine or biomedical engineering. ? Minimum 8 years of in hospital or medical device company. ? Experience in marketing product management or in sales organization. ? Good in both oral and handwriting English. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? Product and pricing management skill
