市场经理(重症监护产品-医疗器械)--某知名美资医疗公司

 

 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Develop and execute Division strategies and plans to drive fast growth on strategic focused products, branding awareness and customers loyalty in Critical care product, and evaluate each activity by quantified and / or qualified report for future improvement.

 

Explore, understand and track changes of Health care environment and make necessary actions.

 

Build short/medium/long-term strategic partnership with China Society and KOLs to engage them on training new techniques, promoting new concept and Evaluating & developing new products.
Provide effective and sufficient support to sales team.
      1. Keep constant and effective communication with sales team to ensure the marketing strategy and plan can be executed smoothly and serve for business growth.
      2. Initiate and develop all promotion materials and selling tools for sales team.
      3. Participate and support sales activities, including monthly meetings, trade promotion activities etc, to find out & fulfill sales needs, and give constructive feedback to management team.
      4. Provide sales capability training to sales team.
Gather and tracking competitors' information along with industry trend and work out and drive tackle plans accordingly.
Achieve operational excellence in terms of supply chain, new products launch, registration and budgeting.
Coach and develop market team into high level professionals.
PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 
EDUCATION 

 

A Bachelor's degree in medicine is required, an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 3 years marketing management experience in healthcare industry, 2-3 years sales or sales management experience would be the plus.
Strong customer oriented sense and solid skills on KOL management.
Strong Leader, ability to facilitate with both internal and external functions; and the ability to foster strong relationships with International counterparts.
Strong business analytical skills and big picture thinking.
Good project management skills, with focus not only on planning, but monitoring, follow-up and completing.

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 

 

Fluency in the English Language, both oral and written.
Good Multi-task management skill.
