Develop and responsible for Company Region Business Plan.
Accountable for coordination of multi-functional resources in region (e.g. operations, quality, regulatory, sales, marketing, finance)
Develop workflow, expertise, and infrastructure for Company testing, consulting and clinical trials work performed in Region according to Region business plan.
Identify and assist finalizing partnership or acquisition of a partner or partners in Region.
Hires and manages the Company staff within Region.
Identifies national sales and marketing opportunities for the Testing, Consulting, and Clinical Trial offerings.
Achieves sales targets and corporate sales objectives.
Creates new sales programs, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and government officials.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Prepares and implements the business and sales plan in accordance with the Corporate Business Plan.
Provides guidance to all Company Region Associates.
Responsible for the P&L of the Region location and its achievement
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or science from an accredited college or university. MBA or master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years closely related sales and marketing experience or equivalent with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Fluency in English and local language, if different, required. Additional fluency in other languages specific to the Region preferred.
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM (Client Relationship Manager) software.
Experience in managing market and cultural complexities of multiple countries within the Region.
Knowledge of Regulatory complexity of multiple countries within the Region.
Knowledge of Reimbursement complexity of multiple markets within the Region.
