Key Responsibilities:

·          Market Research:

        Write and implement marketing plan

        Involve in concept development of the research

        Co-ordinate the logistic related to the research

        Pre-analyze the raw-data

        Complete major market research survey or project

        Identify appropriate methodology and design to yield  useful results

        Keep good relationship between internal and external  customers


·          Product Management:

        Develop marketing/project strategy and promotion  strategy, be responsible for the brand(s) development

        Build up product launch plan

        Create sales tools and new product launch files for the  sales team and distributors

        Develop the new launch package, pricing strategy and  branding strategy

        Build up the external/internal education Material and  professional Ad

        Execute marketing launch together in key markets

        Monitor and track the market trend post-launch

        Monitor competition in the market

        Monthly update status material dissemination, market  trend/feedback from sales force and fields

        Prepare sales forecasts and/or managed inventories;  accurately forecasts product demand at various points in the product  lifecycle

        Assist Sale  team to check product claim in local tender

        Customer presentations – formal and informal including  PowerPoint and / or overheads and/or use of flipcharts

·          Others: 

        Develop full-year marketing activities agenda

        Establish and achieved a program or project budget

        Manage promotion and/or advertising budget

        Co-ordinate the whole process of launch meeting and  exhibition

        Monthly update marketing expense and budget

        Coordinate and keep close contact with HQ teams in  reporting and project execution

        Complete other tasks and projects assigned by direct  report and top management team


·          Education (Diploma, Degree and  Major):

       Bachelor’s degree majored in Medical, marketing,  business or related 

·          Working Experience:

       Minimum 4  year experience in marketing, sales or related area with more than 3 years  product marketing management experience in pharmaceutical or medical device  industry. .

·          Professional Knowledge/Skill :

        In  depth product and industry knowledge

       Implement-oriented  with creative, Flexible and willing to change.

       Understanding  of marketing mechanisms and able to implement them to product strategy

·          Computer & Language Skill:

       Strong  numeric and computer literate (including MS Office, Lotus Notes etc.)

       Fluent  English communication both in verbal and written 

·          Competency:

       Mature  ability on independent working, organizing, communication and coordination

       A good  team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills

       Good  analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
