Major Accountabilities:

 

参与销售预测评论
Involvement in the Sales Forecasting reviews

1.准备每月的销售与运营计划供评论
Preparing the monthly S&OP packages for reviews

2.维护MID系统作为预测的依据
Maintaining MID system for forecast input

3.促进每月的销售与运营计划的评论,与RDBMS合作获得销售预报,分析和了解市场的发展趋势,探讨销售预测的差异和了解任何会影响产品需求的营销计划、价格变动、促销活动
Facilitating the monthly sales and operations plan reviews, working with the RBDMs to obtain sales forecasts, analyse and understand market trends, discuss sales forecast variance and understand any marketing plan, price changes, promotions that will affect the demand of the product

4.审查后发布会议纪要。
Publishing the meeting minutes after the reviews.

5.销售评论后,更新经过批准的销售预报,并纳入MAT文件和需求规划系统
Updating the approved sales forecasts into MAT files and Demand Planning System after sales reviews

6.监督每月的销售情况,如果有任何销售异常,就通知RBDM 
Monitor month-to-date sales and highlight to RBDMs if there is any sales abnormality

 

库存管理
Inventory Management

1.确保库存处于最佳水平,并达到该国服务水平的期望
Ensuring inventories are at optimum level and fulfilling the country service level expectation

2.利用SAP给该国补货
Replenishing stocks into the countries using SAP

3.跟进供应商,确保他们按时收到订单。
Following up with suppliers to ensure that orders are received in time

4.根据要求通知客户订单服务 (COS) 团队产品的上市日期
Advising Customer Order Service (COS) team on product availability date on request

5.COS团队定期更新供应短缺/紧张的情况
Providing regular updates on short/tight supply situations to COS team

6.在供应短缺/紧张的情况下,与物流团队协调进口、加快集装箱和收货的速度
Coordinating with logistics team on importation, expediting of containers and receipting during tight/short supply situations

7.在供应短缺/紧张的情况下,进行库存调配
Stock allocation under tight/short supply situations

8.根据销售需求检查和调整订货点
Reviewing and aligning reorder points with sales demand

9.检查滞销库存并提醒销售团队,与销售团队和其他的国家规划者合作,清理滞销的库存
Reviewing and highlighting slow moving inventories to sales team, working with sales team or other country planners in the clearance of slow moving inventories

10.在严重供不应求的情况下,就MBU与需求计划经理和工厂合作
Working with demand planning manager and factory on MBU in serious short supply situations

11.监督供应商的交货时间,确保它们在限期内
Monitoring the supplier lead-time, ensuring that they are within limit

12.有问题时升级,与SOS和需求计划经理就供应链改善措施进行合作
Escalating when there are issues and work with SOS and demand planning manager on supply chain improvement initiatives

13.准备月度库存报告,并与需求计划经理和当地的运营经理合作,确定库存改善措施
Preparing monthly inventory report and work with demand planning manager and local operations manager on inventory improvement initiatives

 

管理产品转换和供应源的变化。其中包括:
Manages product conversions, source of supply changes. This includes:

1.按要求为原料和供应商主设置提供支持
Providing support on material and vendor master setup as required

2.传达转换的详细信息,如目录号的变化、转换的时间表
Communicating conversion details such as cat number changes, timeline of the conversion

3.监测转换,确保老产品用尽,新产品按时逐步采用,最大限度地减少因转换而造成的产品浪费。
Monitoring the conversion, ensuring that old product is depleted and new products are phased in on time, minimizing product wastage due to conversion.

 

其它国家成品项目规划师的后援。
Backup for Finished Item Planner for other countries.

按要求推动和参与任何项目。
Driving and participating in any project as required.

 

 

Requirements:

 

专业知识
Knowledge

1.大学毕业
Diploma or University graduate

2.良好的书面和口头英语能力是必需的。
Good written & oral English skill is required.

3.最好了解精益原则。
Understanding of lean principle is preferred.

4.良好的电脑技能  深谙 Microsoft Office 程序
Good PC skills – well versed in Microsoft Office programs

5.多种物料规划方法和MRP方法的知识
Knowledge of multiple material planning methods and MRP methodology

 

相关经验
Experience

1.至少3-5年在亚洲的ERP-SAP环境中的供应链经验
At least 3-5 years supply chain experience in Asia within an ERP-SAP environment

2.有绩效监测确保达到KPI和向管理层汇报的经验
Experience in performance monitoring to ensure KPIs are met and management reporting provided
