Provide general HR administration support to the HR Partner responsible for HK, TW, SG and MY. The role will be responsible for payroll administration and provision of SAP HR super user support to Asia. The role is also responsible for compensation and benefits assistant support as needed.
HR Administration Responsibilities:
Administration of Asia payroll, such asHK, TW, SG and MY.. Maintenance scan personnel file of allfor HK, TW, SG and MYemployees covering:variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation and special payments.
Monitor and alert the regional human resources management to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
Produce and submit the payroll GL and accrual report to Finance Department on a monthly basis.
Support External and Internal Audits as and when required.
Administer and review HR procedures to ensure adherence and improve ineffective procedures where identified.
Be the key contact for all matters relating to local government, statutory benefits, taxation issues, and government surveys.
Renew related HR contracts with Vendors for contract staff, group insurance on a yearly basis. Payroll provider, iAdmin, insurers such as AXA , Marsh and etc.
Implement New Starter and termination processes.
Maintain filing of insurance policies, HR handbooks, performance appraisal forms and training schedules.
Coordinate the Annual Employee Medical Examinations where appropriate for specific Countries.
SAP Super User’s Responsibilities
·As a local HR user of SAP, responsible for Global ID creation, personal information input and updates of SMA employees
·As an OM user, manage SMA position No.creation, reporting line changing and personal information maintenance from OM side
·Drive SAP project, setup linkage between SAP with payroll providers
Assistant to update Asia Pacific all C&B policy and programs, ensure HR policy is in compliance with country respective regulation and law
Participates in salary and benefits surveys, analyze local salary structures (market benchmarking, market salary surveys, etc.) and develop salary structure models that ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and performance linkages
Assist in annual salary review and salary budgeting
Work with team member to document SSC standard operation process, to ensure SSC operation smooth
