ThisProduct Manager will be part of the Advanced Ablation Solutions GlobalMarketing team and will be based in Shanghai with the local R&D team. Thisperson will be responsible for identifying Chinese market needs and for workingwith the local commercial and R&D teams to develop business cases andtailored solutions as well as to expand these solutions to the global market(regional to global approach). This position supports the strategic vision totransform the ablation space from a product to a solution centric market todrive broader adoption in all key regions and to establish our new technologyas a standard of care.
This rolewill be involved in both upstream and downstream marketing.


- Participatein review and assessment of opportunities in the tumor ablation space.
- Leadablation product development including voice of the customer while partneringwith the R&D and regional commercial teams.
-Complete needed voice of customer market research for business case and productrequirements as well as manage on-going customer input throughout our productdevelopment process.
- Developthe required financial models for new products, new initiatives, and potentialacquisitions.
- Managea portfolio and drive product and procedural adoption in the local markets.
- Managenew product launches, including planning and executing pre-launch demandgeneration activity, leading logistical, promotional and sales support activityduring launch, and driving post-launch tracking and marketing programs tomaximize sales.
-Identify new regional market opportunities and create relevant projectproposals.
- Developpromotional strategies, sales support materials, educational aids, etc. to growmarket share to ensure sales excellence.
- Overseethe customer needs assessment to continuously improve business models


BS/BAdegree in Marketing, Finance or Economics. MBA preferred.
5 - 7years experience in Marketing in the healthcare industry (preferable medicaldevice).
Provensuccess in upstream including product development and downstream marketing
Exceptionalquantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills.
Fluent inEnglish and Mandarin
