Support overall Great China growth strategy and Identify growth opportunities, in particular, in the M&A and Green field investment projects.
Manage target screening process, including but not limited to market research, target company analysis.
Manage due diligence process on target companies with clear delegation and assignment to internal and external experts with defined responsibilities.
Work as a team member in the implementation of transactions, such as target valuation, business planning, contract negotiation and closing, esp. with advises of local insights and M&A expertise.
Manage the authority approval procedures related with the transaction with internal & external supports.
Assist in planning and implementation of post merger integration.
Manage the site selection process to determine future site locations based on solid benchmark of various technical and business aspects, support Project Responsible in local topics as well as production cost development, and regional interfaces.
Bachelor degree or above with sound economic or technical education background and hands-on M&A experience (target screening, competitor intelligence, due diligence, deal valuation, structuring, negotiation etc.) are preferred.
Strictly following corporate guidelines on one hand, being constructive when dealing with detail issues. Try to build ability to read counter party's mind by using local expertise.
Work out alternative solutions during difficult negotiation and due diligence phase.
Willing to and be able to be a team member as well as to lead a team, with structured planning and time schedule. Knowing how to push things forward and make things happen, with various internal and external resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skill. Open style. A good listener and a good speaker. Some presentation skill.
Both cultural backgrounds required: western and Chinese.
Fluent spoken and skilful written Chinese and English.
