Deputy GM

JOB DESCRIPTION OF DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING  

Reporting to Managing Director of Business Unit and responsible for all Sales & Marketing of Low Voltage cables inChina. The details of job description include the following:

  1.  To prepare annual Sales Budget, set and manage KPIs forLV Business Unit; 

  2. To forecast sales, conduct marketing & sales activities and review the business performance against the set KPIs. To do the market & sales analysis and develop the sales strategies;

  3. To lead & manage the team of sales staff in performing their duties. This includes training, guidance & team-building;

  4.  To manage EPC/FDI projects with sales staff covering business development activities & tendering of these projects to realize the sales; 

  5. To prepare and consolidate monthly marketing & sales report. This includes the reviewing of the monthly actual sales & collection against the forecast with Managing Director and Financial Controller; 

  6. To take part in project and sales negotiation & manage the terms & conditions of sales;

  7. To set and implement action plans and procedures to improve the sales operation;   

  8. Attend the training course organized by the company for the job function and for the personal development;

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

  1. Support Engineering Manager to implement engineering projects.

  2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance program for facility and equipment

  3. Execute work in accordance with applicable project procedures and standards.

  4. Manage the specification and design for all engineering projects activities.

  5. Coordinate and liaise for construction, commissioning, project schedule, cost and material management.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.

  2. 8+ years experience in similar position, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical industries.  

  3. Be able to execute and coordinate all engineering, designing and drafting activities for projects independently.

Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Summary:

  1.  Predicts, validates, and develops supplier capabilities to improve supply chain performance. Responsible for driving superior quality within assigned commodities. Drives

  2. projects focused upon Supplier key business processes that influence Customer Satisfaction,

  3. Waste Elimination, Growth, Cost Effectiveness, and Product/System Quality.

Critical measurements include:

  1.  Finished Goods End of Line Audit (EOLA), Part Qualification (PQP)

  2. Compliance, Request for Corrective Action Compliance, Supplier DPMO and Productivity.

Savings: 

Participates as the quality representative on New Product launch teams.

Major dutiesand responsibilities (Essential functions):

  1.   Assist/train suppliers to perform root cause analysis on sourced finished good and sourced component quality issues and drive suppliers’ corrective actions.

  2.   Validate measurement systems, track supplier quality performance and drive supplier performance improvement

  3.   Champions, teaches and drives Part Qualification Process (PQP) compliance

  4.   Supports the obtainment of New Product Introduction metrics in adherence to milestone policy.

  5.   Works closely with commodity leaders, advanced sourcing leaders, and other sourcing personnel to maximize quality, service and innovation.

  6.    Performs supplier quality and social accountability audits in support of supplier selection.

  7.   Coach and facilitate quality initiative projects within the supply base

National Sales Manager

Position:

Based in our Shanghai offices you will be responsible for the promotion of the Group contract/commercial flooring ranges of products in China  

Job description

You will be required to:

1)Focus on the promotion of products manufactured locally in our Changshu factory by creating and managing a large network of distributors, dealers and sub-dealers

2)Focus on the promotion of products manufactured in our foreign entities (imported goods)

3)Be responsible for the sales and overall growth in China

4)Lead a team of around 15 sales

5)Develop and supervise a long term strategy for our local presence in the market

6)Work closely and develop a strong sense of unity between our Chinese production plant and the sales team located in our Beijing and Shanghai offices
