Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Support Engineering Manager to implement engineering projects.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance program for facility and equipment

Execute work in accordance with applicable project procedures and standards.

Manage the specification and design for all engineering projects activities.

Coordinate and liaise for construction, commissioning, project schedule, cost and material management.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.

8+ years experience in similar position, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical industries.

Be able to execute and coordinate all engineering, designing and drafting activities for projects independently.

Sound knowledge in project control and management.

Good spoken and written English.

Strong coordination skills, be able to plan works logically, good interpersonal skills.

职位描述 : 

主要职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.潜在供应商评估,建立并维护供应商数据库

Potential suppliers appraisal, building and maintaining suppliers’ database

2.对供应商和内部人员实施各类相关培训

Train existing suppliers and inner staff

3.组织并制定长期供应商水平提升计划

Organize and set up quality enhancement plan for long-term suppliers

4.负责汽车电子类产品的供应商新产品开发和质量管理

Responsible for auto electronic parts suppliers’ new products development and quality management

任职资格 QUALIFICATIONS:

1.教育程度:全日制本科以上学历,汽车电子/机械一体化/自动化相关专业

Education: Bachelor Degree or above, major in Automotive Electronics / Mechanism & Automation

2.工作经验:3-5OEM厂汽车电子产品配套工作经验,产品为发动机管理系统的开关,传感器,EGR阀,线束等

Experience: At least 3 years’ work experience in supplying electronic parts or automotive OEMs

3.职业培训:熟悉QS9000/TS16949APQP5W8D等质量管理工具

Trainings: Familiar with quality management tools like QS9000/TS16949 and APQP, 5W, 8D

其他要求:OTHER REQUIREMENTS

EHS system setup and maintain to comply with local regulation and company policy

1.  Issue purchase order to vendor for material availability fulfillment.

2.  Track PO delivery time and correct cost maintain in system.

3.  Coorperate with order handling team, assembly line, quality department to ensure that the order can be delivered on time.

4.  Communicate with other functional department regarding technical and quality issue.5.  Continuous looking for new suppliers 

Qualification and requirement: 1.  Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering or related.

2.  5 years working experience, 2-3 years working experience as mechanical buyers, familiar with the whole purchasing procedure. International company background is preferred.

3.  Mechanical assistant engineer experience is preferred, good knowledge in welding parts and machining parts.

Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities, including monitoring process of daily cash/bank payment, managing financial booking and closing activity, costing management. 

Be responsible for leading annual expenses and capital budgeting. 

Manage and prepare internal and external financial reports. Provide financial consultation to other functions. 

Manage and coordinate internal and external auditing. Ensure fully compliance of related accounting standards and codes.

Develop relationship with external parties, e.g. bank, tax bureau and other related authorities. 

Continuously improve accounting workflow, including reviewing current accounting practice, and fine-tuning the workflow timely.

Manage site IT/IS
Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or related major.

5+ years experience in financial / accounting management position in MNCs.

CPA or international audit firm experience is preferred.

Good spoken and written English.

Good teamwork spirit and communication skill.

论坛中,资深总监

赵先生介绍了奢侈品品牌汽车公司在中国的竞争之路及精英计划,并分享了宝马和奔驰公司招聘和培养人的策略。

赵继斌先生曾在梅赛德斯-奔驰和宝马公司长期从事市场开拓和团队建设工作,并担任相关工作总监多年,作为远维内部特约培训顾问,曾经组织和直接培训的学员上千人;他对于企业招聘、培训的需求挖掘和具体执行都有着深刻的认识。
